2. M.S. Paint (At KHS on 30th November 2024)

  1. Students will participate individually
  2. Students can choose only one topic from the topics given at the event
  3. No prepared images can be used
  4. Students need to complete the Paint drawings of chosen topic in the allotted time at KHS

Judging Criteria

3. Design a Poster using MS PowerPoint / Google Slides (At KHS on 30th November 2024)

  1. Students will participate individually
  2. No already prepared images can be used
  3. Students can choose only one topic from the pool of chits available at the competition desk
  4. Students can use any application such as MS PowerPoint or Google Slides
  5. If you don’t plan to BYOD, offline version of M.S. PowerPoint 2021 is available at KHS
  6. If you are planning to use platforms like Google Slides, students can bring their own charged devices (Laptops) and internet for the competition (Optional)
  7. Laptops carried by students should have the respective software/applications installed for making the presentations
  8. Students need to complete the presentation in the allotted time at KHS

Senior Group

1. Python Programming (At KHS on 23rd November 2024)

  1. Students can participate individually.
  2. Students can choose only one topic from the pool of chits available at the competition desk.
  3. Students can use any of the Python programming platforms, e.g., IDLE / PyCharm / Spyder, etc.
  4. Students can bring their own fully charged devices (Laptops) and internet for the competition.
  5. Laptops carried by students should have the respective software/applications installed for Python programming.
  6. If you don’t plan to BYOD, then IDLE 3.6.2 / Visual Studio is available at KHS.
  7. Students need to complete the program in the allotted time at KHS.
  8. It is recommended to bring your own internet if you are planning to use any online coding platform.

2. Creating Comic Strip using Generative AI (At KHS on 23rd November 2024)

  1. Students need to participate individually.
  2. Students can choose only one topic from the topics given at the event.
  3. Students can bring their own fully charged devices (Laptops) and internet for the competition.
  4. Laptops carried by students should have the respective software/applications/tools installed for AI image generation with an already logged-in account.
  5. Students need to complete the comic strip in the allotted time at KHS, which is 1 hour.
  6. Students can compose the final output for comic strips in PPT, Photoshop, Paint, Canva, or any other software they want to choose.

Guidelines for Final Output:

  1. Output should be in the form of a comic strip with dialogues.

  6. Style, medium, camera angle, mood, light, artistic skills etc.

  9. Image prompt submitted as per the given guidelines

3. Data analysis using MS Excel dashboards (At KHS on 23rd November 2024)

4.Create your own ICT based Innovations & Start-up (At KHS on 7th December 2024)

  1. Students can participate in a team of min 2 students / team of max 4 students
  2. Students can choose any one topic from the given list and need to prepare a Descriptive Presentation (PPT) explaining the complete concept.
  3. Candidates are requested to carry PPT for Viva Round at KHS on 7th Dec 2024 where IT Professionals and IT industry Experts can ask Questions regarding the selected Start-ups
  4. It is recommended to bring your own laptops/ products /models (if designed and created) and internet for actual demonstrations to experts

Topics:

  1. Waste Management (Innovative solutions that help communities segregate waste at the source)
  2. Educational Support for Underprivileged Children (Develop an e-learning platform specifically aimed at providing affordable educational resources)
  3. Crowdsourcing Platform for Local Issues (Create a platform where citizens can report local problems like potholes, broken streetlights, or water leakage, and notify local authorities for quick resolution)
  4. Energy Conservation Awareness Platform (Build a platform that educates people about energy conservation techniques and monitors household energy consumption with tips on reducing it)
  5. Eco-Friendly Product Promotion App (Create a platform that promotes eco-friendly and sustainable products from local businesses, encouraging people to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle)
  6. Disaster Relief Coordination (Develop a solution to coordinate relief efforts during natural disasters like floods or earthquakes. It can provide real-time updates, donation channels, and volunteer coordination)

Note

  1. Students need to prepare a presentation (Detailed PPT) explaining the complete concept.
  2. It can be both a web app and mobile app or any other tools and technology-based offering.
  3. It can be a service or information portal which can show and connect with stakeholders.
  4. The presentation can have screenshots of Point no. 2 and 3.
  5. Students may showcase their products/models (if designed and created) for actual demonstrations to experts in the final round.
